STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Using a bright pink lipliner, outline the lips. Then, use this shade to fill in and contour the outer ‘v’ of the lips. Blend.

Step 2: Fill in the center of the lips with a lighter shade of pink. I used a dusty mauve lipliner.

Step 3: Pat on a bright fuchsia shade all over lips. I used Masquerade Cosmetics Shimmer Powder in 96 Show Pink . You can stop here for a beautiful pink lip or keep going for an artistic flair.

Step 4: Optional: I used a black liquid liner to outline my lips and create a ‘pop art’ look.

Step 5: Then create diagonal panels and fill in and embellish as desired. I used my liquid liner to draw hearts, you can create whatever you want, here!

Step 6: I used H&M Cream Fusion Eye Colour in a metallic green shade to add a beautiful contrast. Have fun with your look!
