Today I'm going to share with you a review of a beauty product that I discovered not so long ago, but it quickly climbed to the list of my favorite skin care products!
I'm talking about Shiseido Clarifying Cleansing Foam, from their White Lucency line.
I used to use only Shiseido products on my face, as my face was oily/ combination and blemish prone. After having tried tons of different products and brands, I found that only Shiseido products manage to clear my skin and keep it that way! Then I was using products from their Pureness line, but since I'm in my 30s now, my skin isn't so blemish prone anymore and it has actually been more on the drier side, than oily.
That's why it was time to change my skin care routine and since I was always very pleased with Shiseido products, I figured I should give it a try with some beauty products from other Shiseido's lines, more specific for the current state of my skin!
As I needed a good cleanser, I thought I'd give it a go and purchase the clarifying cleanser from the White Lucency line!
I'm using this product for more than a month on my face and I quite like it! It's a very luxurious cleansing foam and it's good for all skin types, but more than anything for someone who wants a smooth, evenly luminous and perfectly radiant complexion.
I use this cleanser only at night time, as a part of my evening cleansing routine. In the mornings, I just wash my face with water, I find that this works best for me!
After I remove my makeup, before going to sleep, I'll apply a dot of this cleansing foam on my Clarisonic Mia, and gently wash my face.
This cleansing foam also claims to remove impurities and excess surface oil with a fresh, creamy lather.
It helps exfoliate dead surface cells, smooth skin and minimize dullness.
It really does leave my skin squeaky clean and afterwards I like to spritz rose water, or grape water on my face. I'd say it's a nice cleanser for a skin that doesn't have any specific needs, but if you're looking for something more rich & moisturizing, go for Shiseido Ibuki, or Benefiance line.
I use this cleanser followed by my moisturizing face creams, so I'm actually very happy with my current skincare regimen!
Here is the detailed video review on Shiseido White Lucency Clarifying Cleansing Foam, where I'm also showing you how I use it with my Clarisonic Mia:
I hope you find this review helpful!
Let me know, have you ever tried any of the products from Shiseido?
If so, which were your faves and from which skincare line of Shiseido?
At Sephora this product retails at $35.00, but I like to wait until I have their discount coupon codes for 20% off :-)
