Review: CUICU Flashing Diamond Eyeshadows
A while ago, I received a few products for testing, from KKCenterHK. Among them, there were these two babies that might not seem like too much at first, but I use them every single time I do my make-up!
Matte browns are a must for me, since I do lots of shading with them, and the bigger the variety, the better! Not only on the eyes, but also for face contouring (I actually use brown eyeshadows more than contour kits and such, then I apply bronzer, blush etc).
My favourite is Nr. 12, since it's a warmer shade, the other one is a tiny bends a tiny bit towards a khaki shade. But I find maximum advantages in both!
- their shades!
- the color payoff is not that intense, thus buildable color (which is a huge advantage in contouring and the risk of getting too much product on your face and having to start all over is almost zero)
- the price, I would pay $4.83 per eyeshadow
- the shadows are a little bit chalky, so if you want an opaque color on the lids, applied layer after layer, it can look a bit uneven
