PICTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

1. Fill in eyebrows.
2. Apply a neutral base over entire eyelids.
3. Apply a lilac eyeshadow to the center of the lids.
4. Apply a bluish periwinkle shadow to the outer 1/3 of the eyes.
5. Apply a turquoise shadow to the inner 1/3 of the eyes.
6. Apply a blue shadow to the crease and outer ‘v’ area.
7. Apply a mauve-y pink to the brow bone. Blend.
8. Apply the same turquoise shadow to the lower lashline.
9. Apply black gel liner to the upper and lower lashline.
10. Finish with false lashes and mascara.
