I love neon colors they're a great way to make a bold statement!

I can´t take my eyes of neon.

PRODUCTS USED:

Nail Envy OPI// 293 Peggy Sage Green Neon// 295 Peggy Sage Pink Neon// 296 Peggy Sage Orange Neon// 297 Peggy Sage Purple Neon// Wild White Ways Essence // Flormar Quick Dry Top Coat // Hairpin

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

1. Apply a base coat on clean nails.

2. Apply a layer of white and allow to dry.

3. Put a drop of neon color on the end of the bobby pin. Hold a few inches above the nail and blow through the h***.  This will shoot the polish across the nail and you'll get a beautiful splatter effect! (I applied the neon colors in the following order: orange, pink, green and purple).

4. Protect your design with top coat. You're done!
