Hello Dolls!

Today I've created another neon makeup look, which is perfect for summer! This time I've added black which really makes the neon orange pop.

• NYX Jumbo Pencil Milk
• Sleek Acid Eyeshadow Palette (orange, black, blue)
• Golden Rose Matte White Eyeshadow
• Barry M. Pigment Dazzle Dust N21
• Black Eyeliner
• False Eyelashes
• Maybelline Volum' Express The Rocket Mascara

TUTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP:

1. Apply NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk.

2. Apply matte white to entire eyelid.

3. Apply neon orange over entire eyelid.

4. Blend.

5. Apply black to the crease & blend upwards.

6. Apply blue to the lower lashline.

7. Apply black eyeliner to the upper lashline. Using an eyeliner pen, create an exaggerated crease & small accent lines. Embellish as you like. Finish with mascara!
