Step by step tutorial:

1. Apply base coat to protect your natural nails then paint your nails nude.
2. With white acrylic paint, create a base for the eye.
3. Create the Iris with lilac paint.
4. With a little pink paint with water, add some highlights as shown.
5. With a darker pink color, draw the eyeshadow.
6. Create the pupil in black, outline the eye and draw some lashes.
7. Add some white highlights as shown.
8. Finish off with a high gloss top coat and you're done!
