Today's lip art tutorial is fun, whimsical and is totally giving me'80s vibes!

I combined bright neon pops of violet and pink meshed together with a daring, metallic blue and topped it all off with glitter!

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Begin with a metallic blue base and apply to lips. I’m using H&M’s eye pencil in Blue Planet.

Step 2: Then, apply ColourPop’s Dare, neon purple with hot pink and violet glitter, to the entire top lip. Blend!  

Step 3: Pat on a chunky glitter to the bottom lip. I’m using one by Eye Kandy Cosmetics.

Step 4: You can stop here or if you want, you can further embellish the look to go all out!

Step 5: Next, I applied a creamy lip melt from H&M in a dripping technique to the top lip.

Step 6: Finally, to the center of the bottom lip, I added a metallic lip from ColourPop in Flitter, warm pink with a gold metallic flip. Your lip art is done!
