STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Begin by filling in and shaping the brows.
Step 2: Apply a dark blue base all over eyelids. I used a H&M’s Blue Planet eye pencil.
Step 3: Blend!
Step 4: Now it’s time to start layering the pigments! I used all 3 shades from Tammy Tanuka’s line. Apply a mermaid-y blue to the inner 1/3 of the lid.
Step 5: Then, apply a cranberry pink shade to the center of the lid.
Step 6: Now, it’s time to start blending and shaping out the crease. I reapplied a bit of Blue Planet to the outer ‘v.’
Step 7: Apply black to the outer edges and gradually blend into the crease. I used my BH Cosmetics palette here. Blend!
Step 8: Apply a pinkish mauve to the brow bone and blend! This will warm up the eyes.
Step 9: Apply Blue Planet to the entire lower lashline, blend!
Step 10: Smudge out the lower lashline with black eyeshadow.
Step 11: Apply black eyeliner to the upper lashline and waterline.
Step 12: Apply mascara and false lashes.
Step 13: Add a white gold pigment beneath the brows for a nice luminous highlight.
Step 14: Finally apply a bit of metallic gold pigment to the inner corners for the finishing touch!
