Today's review and swatches are from our own Pakistani and rather budget friendly brand Medora Of London.
When I started buying makeup for my practice, since I have learned all makeup techniques through practice, I bought many Medora lipsticks for this purpose. They are very easily available throughout Pakistan and all local cosmetic stores carry Medora .
The Medora lipstick finishes range from matte to glitter and glossy, as well. The packaging is a tealish plastic case and I don't mind it since it looks okay to me.

I have about 10 of their shades, one is still missing because I found it after taking all these pics. I mostly have the matte finishes because I prefer matte over glossy lipsticks because you can add gloss any time to go from a matte to a glossy look.

All these lipsticks are like 6 months to 1 year old and they have been laying with kajal pencils so you can see how they are. I haven't purchased any new lipsticks for the purposes of this review, but since I received many questions about these lipsticks, I thought of posting a review and explaining which shades I have.

SWATCHES:

The first shade is 287 and it's very close to MAC's Matte Chilli when applied on the lips. If you like a reddish or orangish shade, you might love this one!

Next shade is G-804,  it's a glittery peachy shade. Luckily, the size of the glitter chunks are fine.

Well, for all brown lovers 263 is a gorgeous brown shade.

Yes, I have more of the peachy pink shades and this one is my faves! 256 is a peachy pinky shade with a gold touch, I , love, love, it!

As the name describes it, 557 is an awesome red shade. It has blue undertones and looks so cool!

201,  is a blue toned pink lipstick. I bought it after seeing Bollywood celebrity, Preity Zinta wearing a similar shade, many times.

299, is more of a gloss then a lipstick I must say. It's not matte as you can see and is a very light champagne shade, which I prefer to use over lipsticks .

Another very light and glossy shade is 506, and again  I don't use it as a lipstick alone.

216 is a cute peachy pink shade, perfect for day wear.

I think all these swatches might be useful to you. So, here is a quick pros and cons section with pricing details.

PROS:

  • Budget friendly.
  • Travel friendly.
  • Nicely Pigmented .
  • Lasting power is also good!
  • Huge variety of shades.

CONS:

  • It's fragrance is not appealing, it's a little plastic like.

PRICE: 120-160 INR

AVAILABILITY: Easily available all over Pakistan.

OVERALL RATING: 7/10
