Shiny Chameleon Mirror Powder Chrome Glitter Nail Art Pigment
STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Begin with a black base. Outline and contour lips with a sharp black pencil. I used a basic eye pencil.
Step 2: Fill in lips with a black base. I used NYX jumbo pencil in Black Bean.
Step 3: Now for the fun part, the glitters! I used two duochrome shades, Twilight and Retrograde from the Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Palette. Pat Twilight to the top and bottom lip. Apply Retrograde to the center part of the top lip to add dimension.
Step 4: To further add dimension to the look, I used a chameleon mirror powder chrome nail art pigment on the outer corners of the bottom lip in a gold shade.
