PICTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

1. Apply a teal green eye base to entire eyelids.
2. Apply black eyeshadow to the inner and outer corners and entire lower lashline.
3. Layer ‘Ransom’ a deep bluish purple over the black eyeshadow.
4. Apply ‘Fishnet’ a pinkish purple to the outer edges of the eye.
5. Apply black eyeliner to the lower waterline.
6. Apply ‘Peace’ a bright aqua blue, to the center of the lids to create a halo spotlight effect.
7. Apply black gel eyeliner to the eyes.
8. Using an eyeliner activator and loose pigment, create sparkly teal eyeliner. Apply right above the black eyeliner.
9. Apply a luminous pearl highlight beneath the brows.
10. Finish with false eyelashes and mascara.
