The weather is getting chilly and it's time to switch up your palettes to something a little cooler! If you love cool toned looks, check out this "Iced" concept I created with hues of light blue, grey, and white.

You will need:

• Kat Von D Liquid Eyeliner in Black/Trooper ( about $19.00)
• Dior Show Mascara in Black ( about $27.50 )
• Too Faced Cocoa Contour Palette ( about $40.00 )
• Buxom Full on Lip Polish in Samantha - seductive nude ( about $19.00)
• Ben Nye Ultralite Cream highlight ( about $8.50)
   

Step 1.) After applying your favorite primer and concealer contour your face with a professional grade contour palette such as Too Faced Cocoa Contour. Use a bronze to accentuate your cheek bones by swiping it into the hollows of your cheeks. Brush this shade subtly along the bridge of your nose also. Highlight your cheekbones with a light shimmering pearl shade such as the one in that palette and also swipe it over your eyelids.

Step 2.) Swipe a grey toned, light turquoise eyeshadow all over the entire eyelid and along the bottom water line of your eyes. Finding this shade can be difficult. You don't want it to be too intense of a blue, neon or navy. You're looking for an almost light denim shade. Makeup Forever Eyeshadow in Light Turquoise I210 is perfect. Blend, blend, blend. You want this to look very soft, not intense and drastic.

Step 3.) Apply a medium depth grey tone with a hint of shimmer to the upper crease of the eyelids, fading it down into the bottom eyelid's waterline. Make sure you pick a grey tone that isn't too dark, or too light, or black. Makeup Forever Eyeshadow in Steel is the perfect hue. Buff this into your turquoise shade until they blend seamlessly.

Step 4.) Apply a very light, cool based grey toned eyeshadow to the inner eyes, and along the bottom water line heavily. I used Makeup Forever Eyeshadow in Iceberg Blue. Blend this shade into your darker grey, and turquoise on the bottom water line. Leave the top eyelids clear of this shade, and keep it just in the inner eye and on the bottom water line. Blend!

Step 5.) Apply a thick black cat eye to the upper lash line. I used Kat Von D's Tattoo liquid liner in "Trooper" for this look.

Step 6.) Apply a thin line of white with a pale cream highlight such as Ben Nye Ultralite under the tail of the end of your cat eye. This will make that black liner really pop, and add some drama to the look without it being unwearable.

Step 7.) Apply a coat of black mascara to your top lashes with a natural looking brand. Dior Show mascara in black is fantastic because it doesn't clump, yet adds natural drama to your lashes.

Step 8.) Apply a shiny, nude based lip gloss to your lips. Buxom Full On Lip polish in Samantha is perfect. It's a nude toned gloss that also plumps lips! Loved it!
