Hello dolls,

Today's' look is a fun look for summer with bright pops of color. I was inspired to create this unique color combo based on the beautiful hazy, summer nights.

PICTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

1. Apply a white eye base. I’m using one by NYX.
2. The apply a white eyeshadow to 1/3 of the eyelid.
3. Now apply a neon orange shadow to the center of the lid.
4. Apply re to the outer ¼ of the lid, creating a ‘v’ shape.
5. Using a pencil brush with a fine tip, apply a periwinkle blue shadow to the outer part of the eye, creating a halo effect around the orange and red. Create a semi cut crease effect but don’t take the periwinkle blue shadow all the way in.
6. Using the same shade, connect it to the outer lashline creating a ‘v’ shape and then apply to the lower lashline.
7. Blend out the periwinkle shadow to create soft edges.
8. Apply an ivory/white shadow to the brow bone area for a highlight.
9. Using black gel liner, create a semi cut crease effect. First draw a diagonal line connecting from the end of the upper lashline to the outer part of the crease. Blend the line to smoke out the edges.
10. Then line the upper lashline.
11. Apply false eyelashes for a dramatic look.
12. Line the lower lashline with black kohl eye pencil.
13. Finish the look with mascara.
14. Optional: Embellish the look as you like, I've used flower fimo slices for a fun summer look!
