Hi guys!

For today's post I'd like to talk to you about H&M's makeup & beauty products!

H&M, as we all know, is a big Swedish chain of fashion stores that can be found all over the world. Besides clothes, footwear and accessories, H&M also sells makeup & beauty items. I wanted to test out some of these products and see what I like and what I'd recommend to you. The prices are pretty accessible, ranging from 1.99€ for an eyebrow pencil, to 4.99€ for a blusher, etc.

To me personally, when it comes to H&M's makeup, it's either a big hit or a big miss! For example, I love their makeup tools (especially the ones with white handles and soft, white bristles, from the "Selected" line).

I also love the eyebrow pencil, lip gloss and bronzer (their bronzing powder is actually extremely pigmented!)

I was very disappointed with the  "Nudes" eyeshadow palette, as the colors aren't pigmented at all, they have tons of fall out and they're very cakey and hard to work with. Even after applying all the colors from the palette (from lighter, to darker) on your eyelids the result is very poor, as if you were wearing only one, nude, almost invisible color! What's the point of creating such a look? I had to take my eye makeup off half way through my demo/tutorial, as it was so bad! I heard that their "Smokey" palette is actually quite good and pigmented, but, please stay away from the "Nudes" as it's just a waste of money! (There are much better nude palettes out there, even for such a small price!)

The blusher that I got is in a super cute heart shaped packaging (it reminds me on the Too Faced ones!). It's not extremely pigmented, but it'll give some color to your cheeks (you don't need to go very light handed when applying this one though!)

Beauty items (body butters, body splashes) are quite a different story! I liked pretty much everything that I tried so far! The texture of the product is nice, the perfume, the container...everything!  Recently I got the luminizing body lotion that smells heavenly and the cutest body splash (those are waiting for the summer months) and I'm very happy with both products.
