Here's a multidimensional bad-ass lip art look!

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Begin by filling in your lips with a black base. I used black crème gel eyeliner.

Step 2:  Now the fun part, the loose eyeshadows! Apply the first teal pigment with gold reflects to entire lips over the black base.

Step 3:  Then apply an electric blue to the outer part of the upper lip and to the center of the lower lip.

Step 4:  Finally, apply an iridescent lilac shade to the center of the lower lip.
