• Urban Decay Eyeshadow "Blackout" - blackest black matte ($18.00)
• Makeup Forever Artist Shadow in D206 Celestial Blue/Diamond ($21.00)

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1.) Apply your favorite primer and your favorite foundation. I used Makeup Forever HD Invisible Cover Foundation in 115 Ivory. I always apply my foundation with a nice clean foundation brush over top a moisturizing primer.

Step 2.) Apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow "Poleyster Bride" White Snow/Shimmer with silver micro glitter to the entire upper eyelid and lower lid.

Step 3.) In the inner corner of the eyes, apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow "Evidence" - deep navy blue shimmer. Also apply on the outer edge of the lower lid of the eyes.

Step 4.) In the crease of the upper eyelids apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow "Smog "- deep coppery bronze, blending outwards.

Step 5.) Apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow "Blackout" - blackest black matte to the crease and blend into "Smog"

Step 6.) On the lower waterline, apply Makeup Forever Artist Shadow in D206 Celestial Blue/Diamond, this really gives this look a unique pop of color!

Step 7.) Dab Too Faced Glitter Glue Glitter Bonding Eye Shadow Primer in the colorless version all over the eyelids lightly, this will help your glitter adhere well to the eyes. Make sure you don't do this too roughly or you'll have to reblend your eyeshadow.

Step 8.) Lightly dab an opalescent glitter like Makeup Forever White Violet 4 Glitter - opalescent white on the upper lid and lightly on the bottom with a brush. Don't overdo it, this is meant to be subtle!

Step 9.) Apply a nice thick cat eye in black on the upper eyelids, sweeping it lightly to the lower lid as well. I used Kat Von D Trooper - ink black, love it!

Step 10.) Attach some fun falsies such as the Sephora Collection False Lashes in style "Mainstay". This really intensifies this look and adds to that celestial feel.

Step 11.) Choose a neutral blush to accentuate your cheeks. Since we're using a lot of intense shadow on the eyes, the lips and face should remain as neutral as possible with a hint of sheen or light color. I used Tart Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Blush in Captivating - warm peach.

Step 12.) Line the lips sharply with a nude pink shade, I chose Too Faced Perfect Lips Perfect Nude - light rose liner.

Step 13.) Gloss the lips with a lightly shimmering lip polish like Buxom Full On Lip Polish in Samantha - seductive nude. Voila!
