As promised in last week's Futuristic Eye Makeup Tutorial, here is the fun lip art look to go with it!

• BH Cosmetics Eyes On The 60's Eyeshadow Palette (blue tones)
• Tammy Tanuka Sigil Inspired Loose\Mineral Eyeshadows B1
• European Body Art Vibe Water-Based Airbrush Paint (blue frost, white, purple, pink, black, blue Glitter)

PICTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

1. Using a baby blue pencil, outline lips and fill in completely.
2. Then pat a bright sky blue eyeshadow to set the pencil.
3. Apply a lighter shade of blue to the center of lips.
4. Using liquid body art paint, paint the desire design. I created a multi-colored speckled look with dots.
5. Apply a loose blue pigment to the center of lips for a fun shimmer.
6. Optional: Apply the white paint to the bottom of the lower lip for an editorial look-this would be great for cosplay. Don’t forget to cover your hands and body with blue paint + glitter!
