STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Begin by defining your brows. Then apply a cobalt blue eyeshadow to entire eyelids. Using a translucent powder, blend to soften the edges.

Step 2: Apply green pigment to the center of eyelids.

Step 3: Begin by defining your brows. Then apply a cobalt blue eyeshadow to entire eyelids.

Step 4: Apply a dark navy blue to the inner and outer part of the eyelid creating a halo around the pigment. Reapply the cobalt blue shadow to the entire lower lashline and add the green pigment to the center of the lower lashline.

Step 5: Apply black winged liner to the upper lashline and wing out for a cat eye. Also apply black liner to the lower waterline and smudge into the lashline.

Step 6: Finish with false lashes and mascara!
