STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Begin with a matte burgundy shade and apply to outer ‘v’ and crease. Blend. I used MAC’s I'm Into It matte eyeshadow.

Step 2: Apply a blue base all over lid. I used AMC Inglot Eyeliner Gel in 66.

Step 3: Layer a warm red-brown base with blue reflects duochrome pigment onto the center of the lid. I used Makeup Geek’s Insomnia.

Step 4: Create the halo eye effect by applying a cobalt blue eyeshadow onto the inner and outer corners. I used my BH Hollywood palette, here.

Step 5: To add a bit of dimension to the look, apply a pearlescent green shade to the outer part of the eye, blending into the crease and outer edge. I used the BH palette again.

Step 6: Add a bit more depth and edge with a tiny amount of black - just add to the inner and outermost part of eye. Blend!

Step 7: Apply Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow in Zodiac, smoky black with blue-green shift and blue-green 3-D sparkle, to the inner 1/3 of the eye.

Step 8: Line the lower lashline with a burgundy shade.

Step 9: Apply Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow in Solstice, metallic pink-red w/ green 3-D sparkle and shift, along the lower lashline.

Step 10: For a bright color pop, apply an electric blue shade to the inner bottom waterline. I used AMC Inglot Eyeliner Gel in shade 66.

Step 11: Line the upper lashline with black liner. I used Artdeco Precision Liquid Liner.

Step 12: Apply your highlight beneath the arch of the brows. I used my go-to Make Up Atelier Paris Pearl Powder in shade PP21 White Orange.

Step 13: Finish the look with false lashes and mascara.
