Hey dolls,

Here's how to create DIY custom lipcolor without using any lip products. 

This is a great technique when you don't want to shell out $20+ on a brand new lipstick, especially when you know you are going to wear the color only once or even a handful of times.

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Begin with a teal blue base all over lips. I used Sephora Colorful Shadow & Liner in 36 Stayin' Alive - Peacock Matte. 

Step 2: Then, ColourPop’s Cusp, bright green with blue and gold glitter, to the center of lips. 

Step 3: Spritz MAC’s Fix Plus to a brush and pat the damp brush into a glittery pigment and apply all over lips. I used one with multi-colored glitters to keep the look interesting.
