Here's another two in one tutorial. 

First, we'll go back to basics with a classic black smokey eye. Then, I'll show you how to incorporate shimmer powders and glitter for a more high glamour look!

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

1. Begin with a neutral eye base.
2. Using a black eye pencil, apply to entire eyelid as a base for the shadows.
3. Apply a black matte shadow over entire eyelid. Blend.
4. Apply a light brown eyeshadow to the crease and blend out and upwards. This will soften the eye look.
5. Apply a shimmery eye dust below the eyebrows.
6. Line the upper lashline with black gel liner.
7. Line the lower lashline with black eye pencil.
8. Apply lashes to top and bottom lashes and seal with mascara. You may stop here for a classic smokey eye or keep going to tsjuz things up for a more glamorous look.
9. Optional: Add gold glitter liner to the upper lashline.
10. Apply a silvery gold eye dust to the center of the lid for a more glamorous smokey eye.
