FLAT FOUNDATION BRUSH
The flat end creates perfect lines for touch ups around eyebrows, lips, eyes. It's used for applying foundation, applying and blending concealer, creating perfect lines, ideal for theatrical makeup.
FOUNDATION BRUSH
It creates a natural finish from light to medium coverage. Flat, dense, soft and rounded. Used for applying liquid foundations, concealers, blending cream products.
FLAT TOP BRUSH
Can be used for pretty much anything from applying to blending, comes in different sizes. Usually used for applying and blending cream foundations, high coverage foundations,applying and blending cheek color.
ANGLED FOUNDATION BRUSH
Thicker than a normal foundation brush. Light to medium coverage. Used for applying liquid&cream foundation, blending concealer, blending cream blush and bronzer.
POWDER BRUSH
Large and fluffy. Used to sweep powder onto the face. Can be used for blending 'cause of it's round top. Usage: Apply powder or setting products. Apply powder blush, bronzer, highlighter.Blend cheek colors together.
STIPPLING BRUSH
Long, flexible,soft with duo-fibre bristles. Used for:Applying liquid or cream foundation,applying blush or highlighter,blend concealer/foundations/blush/bronzer
FAN BRUSH
Thin, multi-use fan shaped brush. Used for applying highlighter or blush, creating gentle contouring.
ANGLED BLUSH BRUSH
A dense rounded brush perfect for defining cheek bones. Used for applying blush/bronzer/highlighter, contouring and blending.
BLUSH BRUSH
Rounded brush with soft bristles.Used for applying and blending our blush/bronzer/highlighter, contouring, blending and setting concealer.

ANGLED EYESHADOW BRUSH
Soft, great for blending and applying eye shadow. Uses: Apply eyeshadow to lid/lashline/crease, blend everything.
CREASE BRUSH
Small, dense, rounded end. Uses: Applying and blending eyeshadow into the crease/brow bone
DETAIL BRUSH
Tiny, flat, rounded end. Uses: creating small details, applying cream/gel liner, smudge or shadow eyeliner.
BLENDING BRUSH
Small, fluffy, rounded end. Uses: Blend out eyeshadow, create soft lines, applying eyeshadow.
FLAT SHADER BRUSH
Dense, slightly rounded. Uses: Blending and applying eyeshadow.
SMUDGE BRUSH
Small, dense, short bristles. Uses: Smudging eyeshadow or eyeliner, applying eyeshadow to lashline.
PENCIL BRUSH
Small, dense and pointy. Uses: Apply eyeshadow or highlight to eyes,blend or smudge, apply eyeshadow to tight areas.
BENT EYELINER BRUSH
Tiny, dense. Uses: Precise eyeliner application.
SLANTED LINER BRUSH
Dense, flat, works great on your eyebrows. Uses: applying eyeliner/brow pomade.
LASH/BROW BRUSH
Spiral brush used for separating lashes or combing through eyebrows.

These are not all the brushes that are out there, it's just a post about some basic you should know about brushes you need to own if you're a makeup artist.
