PICTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

1. Begin with a white eye base.
2. Apply pink to the inner 1/3 of the eye.
3. Then apply orange to the inner 1/3 of the eye, just above the pink.
4. Blend.
5. Apply pink to the outer 1/3 of the lid.
6. Again, apply the orange right above the pink, creating a halo effect. Blend.
7. Bring the pink down to the lower lashline.
8. Apply a shimmery white or light pink powder to the center of the lid.
9. Reapply any pink as needed.
10. Add dimension to the look with a small amount of lilac. I’m adding it around the lashline to create depth.
11. Apply white to the center of the lid and to the center of the lower lashline.
12. Apply false eyelashes.
13. Finish with mascara.
14. For the lips, I applied Makeup Altier’s watercolor followed by a clear lipgloss.
