Q: What does makeup/beauty/fashion mean to you?

A: Makeup is simply a magical art. You can transform yourself not only into a monster, mermaid or an angel but you can make people who don't feel really beautiful find it in themselves.

Q: When did you start getting into makeup/beauty/fashion?

A: I have always liked makeup from when I was little. I was one of the little girls who used to watch my mom sit down and put her makeup on. However, I really didn't get into makeup until a couple of years ago with studying and practicing various techniques and after that it all went down hill and I became a full blown makeup addict.

Q: What’s your first ever beauty product?

A:  Flavored lip balms were my first ever beauty product that I got when I was little. I guess my mom figured it would keep me from playing in her makeup.

Q: What’s your favorite makeup brand and why?

A: I don't have a particular favorite makeup brand, I have favorite brands both high end and indie. MAC was my first love, it was my first non drugstore makeup purchase and it will always be my first makeup brand.

Q: Name the one makeup product you cannot live without and why?

A: PRIMER. Face/eye/lip doesn't matter but I have to prime. I think that it gives you a great canvas to start your magic with. 

Q: What’s your best makeup tip?

A: Besides always using primer I would have to say practice and keep practicing. No one is an amazing makeup artist when they first start out and we all had looks where it looked like children attacked us with crayons but practice makes you better than you were before and you can only get better.

Q: What’s the one thing your viewers don’t know about you?

A: I am a vegetarian and so are my three kids. 

Q: Do you have any special/hidden talents?

A:  I am a writer, gamer and geek and a mom (on top of being a makeup addict) so I think that is enough for me. ^_~

Q: Why/When did you start posting videos/blog?

A:  When I was first starting out, a lot of people kept asking if I had a makeup page or a channel so I figured that there was enough interest for me to try and people could learn with me.

Q: Who’s your biggest (beauty/fashion) inspiration (YouTuber/blogger/MUA, etc.) and why?

A: I don't think that I have just one inspiration, I am inspired by several artists such as Under Blue Lights, Pure Black Love, Beauty Palmira, Rose Shock, Made U Look,  Hannah Majava, Zena, are just a few. I love bold and dramatic looks and these artists are some of the best at creating those looks.
